Sexual violence against women in the workplace remains rife and poorly addressed. harassment is often perpetrated by leaders, managers, or supervisors as result of abusive power relations. Recognising addressing cultural tolerance for sexual organizations society one steps this issue. In paper, we argue that normalised through leadership practices. We suggest essential organizational redress.
